These terms apply to the tools and content on thealiens.dev.
Service status and verification
Alien Mint Scanner holder features and the Alien Draw Tool website are in beta testing. Website features may change or be temporarily unavailable. AMS eligibility checks and alerts may be delayed or missed; verify current eligibility and mint details with OpenSea before acting. For ADT, the deterministic result can be reproduced with the public CLI from the published proof and recorded inputs. This verifies the calculation for those inputs; it does not prove that the participant list or other source data were complete or correct. Review them before finalizing a draw.
“Beta” describes the website’s development stage. It does not waive user rights or remove obligations or liability that applicable law does not allow to be waived or excluded.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and provide information you are entitled to use. You are responsible for checking your inputs and for decisions you make based on a tool's output.
Alien Draw Tool
This section applies only to Alien Draw Tool (ADT). ADT creates deterministic results from the selected inputs and data sources. It does not use discretionary rerolls. For example, a draw may use a Bitcoin block hash and a recorded participant snapshot. Users should check that the inputs and participant list are correct before relying on a result.
ADT is a technical selection tool; it does not itself provide prizes or administer a promotion. If you use a result in a giveaway or other promotion, you are responsible for its rules, prize, eligibility, participant notices, and compliance with laws that apply to your situation. The tool's description does not determine the legal classification of your promotion or remove any legal duties that apply to us or to you.
Alien Mint Scanner
This section applies to the Alien Mint Scanner holder portal and its alerts. Wallet checks and alerts depend on information and access provided by OpenSea and other services, which can change or be unavailable. We cannot guarantee that every eligible wallet or mint will be detected or that an alert will arrive before a mint.
“Potentially Profitable” is an alert label, not a promise of profit, financial advice, or a recommendation to mint. Always verify current mint details and make your own decisions.
Wallet ownership and OpenSea authorization use signed messages. These steps do not submit blockchain transactions. You are responsible for reviewing the message and the access you authorize with OpenSea.
Third-party services
The tools may rely on services outside our control. Their availability, data, permissions, and terms may change. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
As-is / No warranties
Tools and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Responsibility for outcomes
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, accuracy, or suitability of beta outputs. Check important information against its source before acting, and do not rely solely on an alert or draw output for a high-impact decision. Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by law; nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as the tools change. The latest version is available at /terms.
